I Took Azithromycin About Three Days Ago And Have Minor

I took azithromycin about three days ago and have minor pevlic pain when I touch my right side by my uterus and it feels warm. Now I feel like I have a kidney infection my lower back was aching last night and is continuing to hurt today. Is this urgent enough to leave work and go to the ER or can it wait till the morning?
