I Took Azithromycin For 3 Day Because Of A Lung

I took azithromycin for 3 day because of a lung infection, then I began having a trobbing in my head, sweats and vomiting this last for about an hour then goes and later starts again ..I have not taken the medication for 3 days now but I am still feeling sick .. could this medication cause this???
