I Took Birth Control The Month Of February But Stopped

I took birth control the month of February but stopped taking it be for the month was over and haven't taken it since. I had my periods as scheduled 2/27/18 - 3/3/18, but my period was 5 days late and I started 4/1/18 - 4/5/18 then I had it again 4/27/18 - 5/1/18 and I had this months on the 26th, it was a shorter than normal period, pretty light flow, a lot of pinkish color, and it lasted until the 28-29th. Is this something I should be concerned about? Considering I am very sexually active with a stable partner?
