I Took Both Molly And Ecstasy Last Night. I Woke

I took both Molly and ecstasy last night. I woke up in the morning with a dry mouth and crawling skin. I eventually got myself to eat something and then took a nap. After I woke up from the nap I had a numbness under my left check. It has not gone away and it has been about 8 hours since the numbness started and about 20 hours since the intake of the drugs. Should this go away? Should I be concerned? And what should I do to help get rid of this feeling?
