I Took Cytotec (600mg Every Three Hours, Three Times) Two

I took cytotec (600mg every three hours, three times) two day ago I was 4week and one day. I had a bright red bloody discharge and cramps and iwas hving some side effect such as fever n stooling but now am having a browish discharge and cramps and I don't know if its normal or I f I should take another dose
