I Took Cytotec While I Was 3weeks Pregnant...i Had Cramps

I took cytotec while i was 3weeks pregnant...i had cramps and a big blood clot came out.After 2weeks, i tested and turned out to be positive.Went for an ultrasound which showed i have one gestation sac and 2 yolk sacs but without an embryo.Will the baby ever develop or have deformities if i decide to keep it?...did the cytotec really work?
