I Took Diltiazem 180 MGM Sr Daily For 1 Tray

I took diltiazem 180 MGM Sr daily for 1 tray for borderline HTN mr dr changed it 2 weeks ago to one QOD and I quit altogether. Daily BP is 120-126/56-74. Now I just had 15 minute of rapid heart
Beat 150/min . It slowed spontaneously and now is 90/ min. I have had PATs for two decades. Recommendation?
