I Took Duphaston For Six Days Before Periods Started Twice

I took duphaston for six days before periods started twice a day ; and maxna three days during the periods when spotting started in order to control longer duration of spotting after mensturation
My period started 11 days back and brown spotting still continues . I look swollen too . What to do ?
