I Took Exactly 4 Ipills Over A Course Of 1

I took exactly 4 ipills over a course of 1 year, because of contraceptive failure. I had never been active before that or for the past 1 year. I am having hypomennorrhea since the last 11 months. That is one month after the 4th pill. All the hormonal levels checked out normal and the usg was perfectly normal. Cycles are regular. Any adverse effects on future pregnancies ?
