I Took Mefigest Medicine That Contains 5 Tablet. My Physician

I took mefigest medicine that contains 5 tablet. My physician advice me to take the 1st medicine on 21st Oct then after one day gap another 2 tablet then after a gap another two tablet.Accordingly I took d medicine...on 21st Oct I took the 1st single tablet but no sign of bleeding then after 1day gap I took other 2 tablet and it works...it started bleeding but only for a day then it stop.so again after 1 day gap I took the last dose of two tablet of mefigest then it started bleeding normally for 4 days and on 5th day am having an abdominal pain so please suggest me what to do? Any side effect for this?when does the bleeding normally stop after taking theedicine?
