I Took Mifegest On 9th May At 10pm But My

I took mifegest on 9th may at 10pm but my periods has not come,after 24 hrs I took 2 more pills that was in the kit ,then I got my period but the flow was not heavy . It was so less than my usual period. And from morning again my bleeding stops. And there was no pain after taking the pill. I am so much worried that the pills worked or not. Please suggest me what should I do now.
