I Took Misoprostol Tablet Thrice With 3 Hrs Interval 4

I took misoprostol tablet thrice with 3 hrs interval 4 tablets 200-mcg orally .I am 4 weeks pregnant as a result of pregnancy strip showing positive result.After second dose of misoprostol I started bleeding lightly having some clots as well faced nausea and diarrhoea. And bleeding is normal .how should I check whether the abortion is successful or not?
