I Took Morphine Around 10:15 Am Today, So Am Due

I took morphine around 10:15 am today, so am due another about 10:15 pm. It is 9:07pm now. Can I take the morphine now or wait until 10:15pm.
I take 1 cabometyx 60 mg 2 hrs after and 1 hr before food (usually around 9:30 or 10 am every morning as my chemotherapy
