I Took My Pro Air Inhaler This Morning Around 6am,

I took my Pro Air inhaler this morning around 6am, dont take it regular but last 3 days I have had trouble breathing, think Im starting to get asthma, where it is cold outside here I have started coughing and its hard to breathe, anyway after about 15 minutes my face started getting flush and my heart feels like it is racing. Just took my blood pressure everything is normal and my heart rate is 78 at a 15 minutes sitting position and not moving around. Is this an allergic reaction? Bad side effect? This is the first time in a long time I had taken the inhaler.
