I Took My Blood Pressure And It Is 137/103, I

I took my blood pressure and it is 137/103, I have had a bypass almost 3 years ago and went for a echo and stress test today and it was running normal. Should I be concerned? I also was not able to take my blood pressure meds till now because of the testing I had done.
