I Took My Blood Pressure At The Walmart Kiosk. My

I took my blood pressure at the Walmart kiosk. My bp was 109/81 but my heart rate was 111. I've been weak off and on for the last two days with just a weird feeling. Plus extremely dizzy when I get up from laying down or sitting. The dizziness has happen off and on all my life and my doctor said just to slowly get up. But the last couple of days it's intense and different then normal. Could this be cause of my heart rate? Or should I just go to the ER?
