I Took My Blood Pressure Reading About A Hour Ago

I took my blood pressure reading about a hour ago and it was find but my ppulse reading was 93 now I took my reading again and my blood pressure is 149 over 77 and my pulse is 101 it seems it keeps claiming and all I am doing is watching a show. I had a stroke a year ago and had to have my artery in my right side cleaned out but things seem to be find until I seen this I am 67 years old female
