I Took My Contacts Out And I Felt Like There

I took my contacts out and I felt like there was something in my eye. So I looked around and in the top outside corner of my eye, inside the eyelid. There are many small black dots that won't run off. My eyelid feels sort of gritty when I blink against my eye.

What do I do?

I took my contacts out, looking for some direction.
