I Took My Daughter To Urgent Care Because She Hurt

I took my daughter to urgent care because she hurt her foot , they took a X-ray and they said that everything is fine she was badly bruised and they said that it’s Normal . But she can’t walk on it the bruising is going all over her foot and her foot feels numb what should I do ?
