I Took My Mireba Iud Out About 4 Weeks Ago

I took my mireba iud out about 4 weeks ago this coming weekend. I have had no bleeding and unprotected sex several times cause my husband and I are wanting to get pregnant. My breast have been tender, moodiness and eating habits have changed. I read you can have a slight raise temperature when your pregnant so I work at a dr office and took my temp today by ear and it was 100.5 when I have no feeling of sickness and my normal temp is 98.6. I took several pregnancy test, all negative but last one was last week. Should I have my blood drawn or wait for my period to come.
