I took my mri and xrays to an ortho, the read film showed disk problems at c5 and c7. the problem is my fingers are numb and pain caused by the nerve being pinched together. he wants to do tests from the hands up. why is this necessary when it looks like a quick fix would be an injection to reduce the swelling and pain?
