I Took My Zoloft And Spironolactone Pill At The Same

I took my zoloft and spironolactone pill at the same time with a tiny amount of liquid. It felt like they were stuff, but I just waited and figured they would go down. A little bit later and now I have a cold burning sensation at the bottom of my throat and in my chest. I made myself throw up and then I drank more water and tried eating food, but it still feels the same.
