I Took Norethisterone For Four Days To Delay My Period

I took norethisterone for four days to delay my period in order to compete in a Half Ironman Triathlon. Three days after stopping the pill I had my period for about one week. I was fine for a week I am now experiencing spotting and pelvic pain. Is this normal?
