I Took Norethistrone While On The Implant Because I Went

I took norethistrone while on the implant because I went to see my husband overseas. I've come back home and bleed for 3days which is not normal for me at all and now I'm getting pregnancy symptoms
Could I be pregnant because the norethistrone decreased my implant and if so will affect the baby
