I Took One Dose Of DayQuil And Now I Have

I took one dose of DayQuil and now I have a sharp pain that comes and goes in my lower stomach (next to my belly button.) I have also taken Motrin for the last 24 hours (I have not exceeded the daily dosage). I have a fever and headache but only had stomach pains after taking the DayQuil (liquid). Is this normal?
