I Took One Laxative Table On Sunday Afternoon Two Hours

I took one laxative table on Sunday afternoon two hours later I went bowel movement.
After that during the night my abominable discomfort , faintness and cramp a lot until Monday
Non stop so what happened to my symptom please advise what need to be check? Appreciate
