I Took Plan B On December 17, I Was Supposed

I took plan b on December 17, I was supposed to get my period December 31 and did not get it yet. I took a pregnancy test at home on January 3rd and it was negative. I have the signs I typically get for my period but today I had pink discharge one time when I wiped. I'm scared since I haven't got my period. Should I be concerned?
