I Took Some Moms On Tuesday, I Use At Least

I took some moms on Tuesday, I use at least once a wek, but for the past 24hors I've had an incredibly bad pain in my heart and it is beating way too fast like very fast and hurting and I'm finding it hard to breathe. What should I do? Is it serious? I'm really scared I'm only a teenager
