I Took Synthroid 137 Mcg At 8:30 Am. I Accidently

I took synthroid 137 mcg at 8:30 am. I accidently took another one (along with a 40 mg omeprazole) at midnight. I need to eat at 12:20 for the omeprazole. If I eat a high calcium snack will that help? Should I take my usual dose of synthroid tommorrow morning?
