I Took Tab Clomid 1tab Bd For5days From Second Day

I took tab clomid 1tab bd for5days from second day of menstration&follitrop inj 225 of alt days from 3rd day 4 inj I took. On 11th day I took inj Diphereline 2amp s/c. I did ultrasound on 13 th day morning it shows 4or 5 follicle ovulation happened only can see the free fluid. I u I done11.52am . There is any chance to get pregnant. How much time the free fluid can see after ovulation through ultrasound
