I Took The Morning After Pill On The 14th December

I took the morning after pill on the 14th December during ovulation as I had unprotected sex later that week I got my period then a week or more I started bleeding and I'm still bleeding it's been 10 days it goes from red to brown and a weird texture. Should I be concerned and when should the bleeding fully stop
