I Took Three Aleve's At Noon, And By Two, I

I took three aleve's at noon, and by two, I felt dizzy and my stomach hurt really bad. It's now 11:00pm and my stomach still hurts, even after eating and drinking allot of water. Should I be worried about my kidneys? And what can drink to flush my kidneys out fast?
