I Took Two Vicks Day Quil And Felt Them Go

I took two Vicks day quil and felt them go down the wrong tube. It hurt and I coughed a lot until I threw up. My left chest hurts slightly. I cannot tell if this is because the pills went into my lung or just from being sick. I could not find any trace of the pills in my vomit. Do I need to be concerned?
