I Took Two Doses Of Fluconazole 150mg A Few Days

I took two doses of fluconazole 150mg a few days apart . I now have a reaction. itching in private area and throat feels sore like an infection. it raised my BD pressure. Feel nervous and ache like flu. How long does this stay in your system? I took the last dose Friday Oct.2 Im not able to take many meds brcause they upset stomach and cause yeast infection. is there something I can do without taking steroids. they raise my bp and fast heart rate .
