I Took Two Pregnancy Test And When I Went To

I took two pregnancy test and when I went to my dr. Office I seen the fetus and they said I was 6 weeks but no heartbeat. A week later he had me come back in and there was no fetus jus the sac. I'm not bleeding nor having cramping. How is that possible? Is the baby ok or should I be worried?
