I Touched My Head On A 6-8000 Volt Electric Fence.

I touched my head on a 6-8000 volt electric fence. I fell into a water trough and then fell backwards on the ground. Not hitting my head any more but I did see the colour red and have a metallic taste in my mouth. Is there anything else I should keep an eye out for in the hours and days following?
