I trained hard to do push ups for a pre-fit assessment. I started getting pain 3 days later in my shoulders and arm. There is a popping sound followed by sharp pain and I am unable to lift my arms up repeatedly without discomfort. Is this something serious or should I carry on with my tarining and weights in spite of pain?
