I Traveled From NC To CA By Car About 8

I traveled from NC to CA by car about 8 hours each day. My left eye started to hurt after arriving in Ca. Within a day it diminished. About a week after getting to CA I drove another 6 hrs away to see family. Five days later I drove back to my new home in CA. My eyes feel achy. I had a headache the whole 6 hour drive back and I feel lightheaded. Also, my upper legs are sore. What could be going on? Also, I have been anemic in the past, I'm not sure if I still am.
