I Traveled To California On Christmas Day, I Got Sick

I traveled to California on Christmas day, I got sick Monday night the 26th & have been sick this whole time,I have a really bad cough kinda rattling I can't bring anything up though. I have been running a fever constantly, taking advice every 4hrs to keep it somewhat controlled, my head is also very stuffed up.
