I Tried Aborting At My 1 Month Pregnancy With Cytotec.

I tried aborting at my 1 month pregnancy with cytotec. I bleed for just a week but it stopped. Now im at my 4 months.. its been almost 1 month already that i am bleeding and stomach is contracting everyday, every 5 to 3 sometimes 10 mins.. but i did an ultrasound 3 times.. the baby is okay... what is happening to me?is this a continuation of the effect of my failed abortion?
