I Tried Meth For The 1st Time I Sniffed It

I tried meth for the 1st time i sniffed it ..and i had a pipe to but it was my friends i was hitting it but it didnt have anything no more .. the next Day i looked in The mirror and saw these two little pimples on my líps and on my tounge they wont stop coming i also cant stop spitting im scared and desperate for answers
