I Tried Raw Cashew Nut And Put The Liquid Like

I tried raw cashew nut and put the liquid like into the wart on my shoulder....not it caused me pain and burntskin with red blisters.. i have demorvate cream . Can i use this cream to treat my burnt skin? Thanks and hoping to receive your immediate reply.
