I Tried To Conceive Last Month And Made Sure I

I tried to conceive last month and made sure I have sex every alternate day or daily in my ovulation window. I missed my periods supposed to start on 27 but then later on 29 I got cramps and had bleeding today. The bleeding is very light more like on and off spotting and is dark brown. I am confused if it is periods or something is wrong with me cz my usual 1st day of periods is very heavy flow. Now I also began having sme ticklish feeling in my anus and no I never had anal sex in my life. What should I do?
