I Tried To Contain A Sneeze And Kept My Mouth

I tried to contain a sneeze and kept my mouth closed whilst pinching my nose, immediately after doing so I felt a sharp pain on the left hand side of my throat under my jaw, I now have an extremely croaky voice that is almost gone, the sound that comes out is a lot lower than normal. I still have pain in my throat.
