I Tried To Open A Bottle Of Cheese With My

I tried to open a bottle of cheese with my teeth. It slipped and tore the gum off my bottom tooth near the flap of tissue that connects my 2 bottom teeth to my bottom lip. It is swollen and I cannot open my bottom lip without lots of pain. It feels as if it's very swollen and it is barley attached. There was never blood.
