I Tried Using Betadine, And Vaginal Suppository Before. But Now

I tried using betadine, and vaginal suppository before. But now I only use betadine if I feel itchiness. Before my Ob said I have warts. But after my check up, I haven't done an intercourse and found out there's again small particles outside my vagina. Is it because I always use panty liner? What is it? I'm scared!
