I Tripped And Fell Very Hard On My Face Onto

I tripped and fell very hard on my face onto concrete pavement. My nose bled, my top lip is swollen and I felt my front teeth hit the pavement and was surprised they had not been knocked out, such was the impact. Now my front teeth feel numb. My head is a little sore above the eyes.
Should I be worried?
