I Tripped In The Kitchen Six Weeks Ago Landing With

I tripped in the kitchen six weeks ago landing with my chest banging heavily on the kitchen sink. I was in constant pain in the left side and middle of my chest. When moving my arms, torso and breathing I had burning pain. I went to the hospital and was told that I had internal damage but didn't break any bones. X-rays of my ribs were the only tests taken. I was told that the pain would go away in a month. The pain doesn't hurt as much as before but I feel it whenever I move. The pain becomes unbearable the longer time I spend using my upper body.
