I Tripped On A Broken Sidewalk On Labor Day, Because

I tripped on a broken sidewalk on Labor Day, Because I have two artificial hips, I put my arms out in front of me to prevent them. after I hit the ground my face hit the ground. My husband took me to the emergency room and I got stitches inside and outside my lower lip and under my chin. They took a x-ray of my nose because it was swollen, it was not broken. I didn't have any pain anywhere else, but by Thanksgiving I couldn't lift my arms. My general practitioner said it was a frozen shoulder and gave me prescription for rehabilitation. They said it definitely was not frozen shoulder and suggested I get a MRI of my Neck and Shoulders. The MRI's were good. So the Doctor recommented a EMG. I am scheduled for February 11th. I am very anxious because I am a Hairstylist and sometimes the Blowdryer and curling iron are very heavy. Also I have severe weakness in my fingers. Do you think this is a delayed reaction from my fall?
