I Tripped On Uneven Sidewalk This Morning And Twisted My

I tripped on uneven sidewalk this morning and twisted my ankle. It is extremely painful but there's no swelling or bruising. It hurts to walk on it and my toes feel tingling. I've been using ice and elevating it. Should I have it checked out by a doctor?
